kkkjii Casino – Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the kkkjii Casino registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by continuing to use the Platform after any posted amendment to this Agreement, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your kkkjii Account.

This Agreement applies to all features of the kkkjii Casino Platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, virtual sports, promotional offers, and all customer support interactions.

kkkjii Casino reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account with kkkjii Casino, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

2. You must be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful and not prohibited by applicable legislation.

5. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Submission of false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) kkkjii Casino Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or assumed identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of all Funds held therein.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kkkjii Casino login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your Account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and recommended.

Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility unless you have formally notified kkkjii Casino of a security breach in a timely manner.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

kkkjii Casino supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash or Maya. Minimum amounts for other payment channels may vary.
• kkkjii Casino does not charge fees on deposits; however, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own transfer charges.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Gaming Rules

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkkjii Casino Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and may be referred to relevant Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities:

• Use of fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund your kkkjii Account.
• Chargebacks, reversals, or dispute filings against legitimate kkkjii Casino transactions.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions to circumvent AMLA reporting obligations, or any financial activity associated with proceeds of crime.
• Collusion with other players, including chip dumping, coordinated betting strategies, or the sharing of live dealer card information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kkkjii Casino Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game artwork, website design, software code, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of kkkjii Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kkkjii Casino's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their kkkjii Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kkkjii Casino shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or gaming winnings arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures beyond kkkjii's reasonable control.
• Any failure or delay caused by circumstances outside kkkjii's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, internet outages, or disruptions to third-party payment providers such as GCash or Maya.
• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any third-party game content, odds, or data presented on the Platform.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

kkkjii Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• kkkjii has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• A Player's identity, age, or payment information cannot be verified to kkkjii's satisfaction.
• kkkjii is required to do so by PAGCOR, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or any other competent Philippine regulatory authority.
• A Player initiates a fraudulent chargeback or bank dispute against a legitimate kkkjii Casino transaction.
• A Player requests voluntary self-exclusion from the Platform.

Where an Account is closed for reasons attributable to the Player (e.g., fraud, terms violation), any Funds held in the Account may be forfeited. Where closure is for reasons not attributable to the Player, any verified and withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Responsible Gaming

14. Amendments to Terms

kkkjii Casino may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — kkkjii will provide advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, a notification within the Player's Account dashboard, or an email to the registered address on file.

It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the kkkjii Casino Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. kkkjii Casino operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to all applicable Philippine gaming statutes, regulations, and circulars.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and kkkjii Casino, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with kkkjii's customer support team. If resolution cannot be reached informally within fourteen (14) days, the dispute may be submitted to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

Any dispute not resolved through PAGCOR mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. The Player expressly waives any right to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
